The pizza has always been great! This place is on the higher side but the ingredients make it valuable. The service is slowed by how the pizza is cooked so always be patient. Great selection of brews and a great atmosphere.

Wonderful pizza with tons of creative choices and the schwings are awesome be sure to try some!

A few weeks back, I visited this restaurant to pick up a pizza for dinner. My order was for a 14" customized Truffle Shuffle from the menu without any meat in it. I was glad the restaurant allowed customizing from their menu, making them vegetarian friendly. Their staff who took the order politely answered my queries and offered suggestions. Also, their staff was kind enough to offer some pesto and marinara at no cost when I asked her about the availability of dips. Their service was fast, and the order took less than ten minutes to reach my hands. The pizza tasted good. It didn't have too much cheese on it. It was just the way I wanted it. I found the pricing on their menu slightly high. The restaurant had a nice ambiance, and there was a small crowd during my visit on a Saturday evening. WOW! 🤩 The two pizzas we ordered; cheese pizza & “Woo-Tang” both we’re AMAZING! I would suggest not ordering by the slice, it didn’t come out hot and fresh like the two pizzas we ordered in full size. We also ordered the bbq wings and they were soooo good! We absolutely loved the wings and the sauce on them it had a tiny kick but nothing hot or overwhelming. This place definitely deserves 5 stars ⭐️

We really enjoyed this place. The pizza was delicious. Crust was light and amply topped with quality ingredients. Oysters were fresh and from PEI so they had a lovely salinity to them. My husband had a stout beer that was exceptional. Nice atmosphere and good service from Sean. Thanks for a nice place to slow down & dine.

I haven't found White Pizza this good in a very long time!You can absolutely tell their dough is made in house because it is so very good.Highly recommend from the variety of pizza, great location, and ambiance

Love the salads, chips and guac, the pizzas. Everything!! Everything tastes like it is crafted with extreme care and quality, even for something as simple as a salad. Love this place.

Pizza is baked in a brick oven. They have a unique selection of pizzas and brews. Pizzas are reasonably priced for a sit down pizza place.

We found this place by accident as we were travelling back to Ohio and needed to grab a bite before we hit the road. And OH-MY-WORD! Were we impressed or what! The pizzas were the best we had ever had! Their dough was so fresh, fluffy and flavourful and the toppings were remarkable! We ordered 3 different flavours and loved every single one of them. Great job, Backyard!

Place was delicious. I had a seafood pizza that was amazing, we got chips and salsa with habanero queso that was very tasty. Fully plan to go back multiple times to try other pizzas

Been here several times and haven't had anything I don't like. Good pizza in not so ordinary combinations. Try th onion soup when available, it's amazing

For several years Backyard has been one of the best spots in town for a great meal and a beer. The environment is artistic and chill. If you’re in Huntington and haven’t been here yet, give this place a shot.

Did not have the beer listed on the menu, won't have it for two weeks while they brew it. Ordered a 20 oz Blue Moon with no fruit. Received a 16 oz blue moon with fruit. Charged for a 20oz Not worth fighting over and I also saw nothing worth ordering on the menu so I opted to go elsewhere for better service / food.

Loved this place. I went mostly for the flights and I wasn't disappointed.

There's a lot to like about Backyard: the friendly staff, the atmosphere, and the beer selection are all amazing. However, I feel like I can only give it four stars because I'm not crazy about their pizza. It's still good, but it's not as good as other high-end pizza shops like Pies & Pints or Mellow Mushroom.

The smell when I walk in always makes me feel so happy. The food has never let me down, and the staff are consistently flexible and courteous. I highly recommend them and can't wait to go back!

The pizza from Backyard is delicious. I ordered a Hawaiian for pick-up and the pizza was ready for pickup pretty quickly and the staff was super nice and helpful.

Staff was professiona and prompt. Food was good.

Have only been here once, but the pizza we got was amazing. They have a wide variety of unique pizzas. Definitely will be returning, especially to try their Sunday brunch.

My husband and I just had Valentine's dinner here and it was excellent, but far the best pizza we've had. Sean was our server and he took very good care of us. Thanks for a great experience!

Pizza crust was really good!!! The brownie dessert was a must (big portion as well) ,I had two glasses of white wine(chardonnay, pinot grigio), they were both good to try.it's a bit extra surprised that the shrimp cocktail has the wasabi flavor!BTW , the second floor has the pinball machines there.

Backyard Pizza is my favorite pizza place in Huntington! It can't be beat!

A Huntington staple. I really appreciate everything Backyard has always stood for - great service, unique and quality dishes, and cool, artistic atmosphere. The amount of creativity they put into everything makes Backyard a place that I love showing off to folks from out of town. Plus, their pizzas are special.

Excellent pizza cooked fast. Beer was great and staff were friendly. We came with a surge of customers from a show at Keith Albee; the staff handled the rush with poise. Tip them well.

The pizza is probably the best in the area and they have a large selection of craft beers. The scallops were over cooked but everything else was wonderful. It is expensive for the area but I'll be back. The fire grilled mussels were absolutely amazing!

Brunch was great! Coffee was surprisingly good, too. Our server did a good job & was attentive without hovering. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience. We will be going back for brunch again soon. And, of course, they are always a great choice for pizza and a beer! The grilled shrimp cocktail is a definite winner!

Good food, pizza sizes were NOT up to standard. I worked at a pizza place and know what 12-14" is and looks like. They charged a gratuity fee and didn't inform us.

AMAZING FOOD. I've been to Backyard quite a few times (even in their old location) and I've never had a bad experience. Like I said the food is amazing. The staff members are very friendly. Today I had a pizza that I had not tried before. At first I want sure about it but we were feeling adventurous. I'm happy to report that I was not disappointed at all! So happy we chose to eat here today. For dessert, we had thr haystack - it was amazing! If you have not tried Backyard, I would highly recommend that you check it out. They also have a sister restaurant right next door (The Peddler) which is also amazing.Just an fyi on their hours, they are closed on Mondays.

Pizza as always was delicious. Don't have raw oysters until next week, so we got the wood fired ones. Sat at the bar, which I never mind since it doesn't require a wait. Basically took out some bar stools to social distance, and then they sat every other table. Was good to be back dining in!

Ceviche and Oktoberfest beer go surprisingly well together. This place is worth your money.

Fried,grilled and raw oysters were fantastic. Ahi tuna app. Was on the money. Lastly Ceviche was great,got a pizza to go and I am sure it will be great.
